“房卡無功能, 花了50分鐘無法解決, 只好換房間了事. 但處理過程中櫃台人員態度及其經理心態很差. 因為他 們認為我不會用. 期間我來回跑了3次櫃台. 他們才肯過來處理.”

“Room had 2 hangers, no hooks or towel bars in bathroom. When heat came on a very noisy fan accompanied it causing restless sleep. The smell of old dog hair permeated room when fan turned on. Our non smoking room was situated one room down where people were smoking cigarettes and pot again permeating the room. One of the mattress pads was full of material piles that was felt through the sheets. Had to keep unplugging and plugging in cords as many of the outlets did not work. If I hadn’t……

“The inn needs a lot of updates, looks like it hasn't had any updates since the 80's”

“We loved our stay here! Basement apartment below an occupied house, but the noise above was muffled and not obtrusive. It is spacious and beautifully naturally lit all along one side by a row of ground-level windows. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and at night is pitch black, so our sleep was fabulous. Very very clean and comfortable. Host was super responsive. Would gladly stay again.”

“The workers bent over backwards to make up for poor management policies.2 people in a room but only offered key.. this is a policy of mgmnt. Worker are following policy. Very inconvenient.Sign a waver at check in where another " mgmt policy" is " no hanging out" what does this mean? Cant sit in lounge are having coffee with fiends....piss poor on management policy"This is a hotel with no daily room service.Access direction are poor.Woke up Friday am with no water.Other minor issues too……
