Excellent breakfast, attentive staff, spacious room.

I stayed there for 6 nights while exploring the Jungfrau area and I made a good choice. First, the everchanging lake view from the balcony was awesome. I could never get tired of it, because it kept changing with the weather and lighting. The single room was small, but I didn't care; it had everything I needed. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast had all the standard fare as well as fries, which seemed odd. Also nice view while eating breakfast. I did not try out any spa or exercise room activities. It is a bit remote, and while there was frequent bus service I think a car is most appropriate. I was there in June, 2026, and the restaurant did not really serve dinner. Some snack type fare was available.

Centrally located. Adorably decorated. Easy to walk everywhere from here. Front desk staff are very friendly. Rooms could use a good dusting, but otherwise all linens and everything else was clean.
