He didn’t say much but he soon exchanged my payment for his room key. The rooms are dated but clean, and they were painting the outside of the hotel while I was staying. It’s the best hotel in this town! Wondered why I didn't contact him. (to move us? to send a repair man at midnight? Don't think so-but the sentiment was nice. Whether or not the concern was genuine). No ice machine. No coffee. And really out of our way for a "meh" experience. It is quite old. I was relieved when the room was nice and comfortable and clean. The walls had been painted, the t.v. was nice and there was a fridge with freezer and a microwave.
