Room was not clean. Molding on floor was filthy. Large beautiful balcony view was ruin by very filthy windows. Asked for them to be cleaned, they said they would send someone right away, never happened. Even though we had a suite I believe it was possibly a handicap accessible and honestly had the smallest most inconvenient shower I’ve ever been in. The size of the room was great but their attention to detail has most definitely gone down hill over the last year. The lobby area has a giant installation of hanging margarita glasses and besides them being very dusty there were many that were broken. The parking attendants were less than forthcoming and we had to ask if they worked here. Minor issue but odd nonetheless was the towels were all in the nice large closet inside the bedroom, they couldn’t be farther away from the bathroom unless they were outside. Sad to say this will likely be our last stay here.

Room was amazing! In a great area for walking to restaurants etc. Room was a little noisy at night but ear plugs were supplied. We would definitely stay here again l.

A beautiful hotel, close to everything, very friendly staff and a nice restaurant (Turbine) for an excellent breakfast. Just be sure to stay on the river side for great views and quiet night’s sleep
