“Nice, clean room. Great view of the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, just didn’t have time to do any cooking. Check In and Out was fast and problem free. ”

“The property was great. we had 2 bedroom suite booked for our family of six and it was very comfortable. Ample parking (covered and open) and easy beach access. The only issue i had was Wifi connection, it was pretty much unavailable for use during our 3 day stay. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the beach next time. ”

“When I checked in the room was prep but not completely clean. The staff came in and cleaned the bathroom and vacuum the floor mop the kitchen they were very apologetic. ”

“This condo was an older unit with older furniture, frayed carpets, smelled like pets. We could not access the building because we were given the wrong access code to get inside. Check out was super early at 10am, but someone was pounding on the door at 10:01am. I also had a package delivered (specified to the door) but was delivered to the locked mailbox which we never received. I tried contacting the owner through the portal as well as the maintenance man said he contacted them but no repose,……

“Our stay at Waterside was very pleasant. The unit was clean, spacious, and the amenities were excellent. However, we had a significant issue with the elevator. Upon arrival, it was out of order, forcing us to carry all of our luggage up to our floor (which is effectively three flights up since the first level is parking). Ironically, it started working the moment we finished unloading. ​On our departure day, the same thing happened. The elevator failed again, and we had to use the stairs once……

“The beach view is ok , condo had all the basic necessities . One thing I would suggest is the springs of the couch are popping thru the cushions so might be time to replace it . ”
