Windswept is a spacious, family-friendly beach home designed for group vacations — close enough to easily enjoy the ocean, yet private enough to relax around your own pool, hot tub, and fire pit in the evenings. The private pool is heated and cooled and included with your stay, so there are no extra pool heat fees or surprise add-ons. After a beach day, guests love coming back to swim, unwind in the hot tub, grill dinner, and spend the evening together outdoors. Located in Surfside Beach, South Carolina, Windswept offers the comfort of a private home with the amenities families actually use — outdoor gathering space, easy beach access, and room for everyone to be together without feeling crowded. After booking, you will receive a short-term rental agreement for electronic signature. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay. The agreement must be signed before check-in instructions are provided. For guest safety and property protection, the home has exterior security cameras only located at the front door/doorbell, driveway, and backyard/pool area. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private interior spaces. Maximum occupancy is 16 registered guests. All guests must be included in the reservation. Unauthorized visitors or parties are not permitted. House guidelines: no parties or events, no smoking inside the home, no pets, no fireworks, no glass around the pool, and no grilling on decks or porches. I can’t say enough positive things about this property!! It was clean, roomy, comfy beds, and there was absolutely nothing we needed that was not readily available to us. We had a group of 16- including 5 children under 5\. The space was plenty to accommodate everyone and allow some privacy for each family. The home was well appointed with everything we needed, plus many extras, so that we didn’t have to pack as much stuff. Location- perfect! Literally steps to the beach! Highly recommend a golf cart to buzz around the neighborhood. Kay was very responsive and the check in /out process a breeze. We had 8 people, from 17 yrs old and up. The beach is less than a block walk. The back yard pool, hot tub, gazebo, grill, fire pit and shed (with pool and beach gear) provided all-day fun and convenience. The house and accommodations were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and Kay was very attentive and responsive. This was a memorable trip for our families and we plan on returning. Everything was clean and plenty of room for all of us. Access to beach was a short walk and easy. We especially enjoyed the back yard area. We spent a lot of time outside. Even though it was summer we enjoyed the hot tub. Nice way to relax and unwind. I was initially concerned about the parking however we had plenty of room with 4 large SUV's. Thanks Kaye for sharing your house with us. The beach was within walking distance and the neighbors were super friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the large living space, extremely clean hot tub and pool, and grill and fire pit area. All conveniently located to public beach access.
