“This property is as advertised. Actually, there was a major improvement in the primary bath from the time we booked in August of 2023 until we stayed at the house in March of 2024. “Absolutely amazing!! Location, cleanliness, ease of checkin & out. Walking distance of several great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Had a view of lagoon with its wildlife( ducks, cranes, turtles and even a gator!). Very relaxing for our daughter who was running in the state track meet. Since we knew that it was new, owners probably still haven’t gotten around to doing a few things.. need oven mittens, utensils for grilling, blackout curtains or shades for morning side bedrooms, ceiling fans...

We have stayed in Gulf Shores and Dauphin Island several times but agreed that we liked this Ft Morgan area the best; right in the middle of the 2 areas! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. There were only 2 of us but the house is very roomy for large groups. Loved having the pool and close proximity to the beach! We hope to come back!”

However the cookware was scratched, knife set was ruined, patio furniture was old and dry rotting, tv in second bdrm wasn’t working, towelrack in master bathroom was loose. We would absolutely book a stay here again.”
