"Nice location. Walk to everything"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night, but unfortunately, our experience was not comfortable due to two major issues. First, the bed was very noisy and made an irritating sound with every movement, which made it difficult to sleep. Second, the room had poor sound insulation we could clearly hear all the noise and foot traffic from the hallway, which further disturbed our rest. Because of these issues, neither my husband nor I were able to relax or get proper rest during our stay."

"Breakfast is useless! No hot items available except a water mixed pancake powder and waffle maker! Everything else is cold (butter, jam, fruits). No eggs or sausage/bacon/ham or potatoes! Room equipment is ridiculous: no boiler or coffee maker and no Iron. I asked for iron from front desk and they gave me a burnt surface old iron to use. Don't ask for water bottles. They have it in the vending machine for $1.75 each! Half of the staff speak absolutely no English (I understand I was in Quebec, but this is a hotel hosting guests from everywhere). Very old building (no sound isolation from other rooms). Bathroom was too small with no countertop for hygiene stuff. The only good comment: they do room service everyday. "

"Pros: ​- The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. - The area is really nice and silent, best sleep is guaranteed. ​Cons: ​- The unit is in poor condition; the timer and water bucket are broken, the interior was dirty, and drafts make it difficult to maintain heat. - We paid extra to get a room with s fireplace. Check-in instructions suggested a wood-burning fireplace (mentioning wood at reception), but the condo actually features a gas fireplace, which ruined the intended atmosphere. ​- The instructions threatened fines for unwashed dishes and required the use of a dishwasher; however, no dishwasher or drying rack was provided. In addition, no staff were present during the stay. We had to leave the trash in the room because the disposal location was never disclosed. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"We had an amazing stay at the Romantique Chalet. The place was impeccably clean, smelled wonderful, and felt instantly welcoming. It’s quiet, cozy, and intimate, with a beautiful view of the river that made the whole experience feel peaceful and restorative.The chalet is thoughtfully decorated, and we especially loved the Japanese‑inspired touches throughout the space — they added a sense of calm and intention that made the stay feel even more special.The chalet is fully equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathroom and all around the home. It’s clear that a lot of care went into making sure guests feel comfortable.We were only 15 minutes from the center of Sutton, with plenty of great dining options nearby if we didn’t feel like cooking.Elisa was a fantastic host — quick to respond, helpful, and made check‑in incredibly easy.Overall, this is a perfect place to unwind and recharge, and we would absolutely stay here again."
