"First, I booked a room with a queen bed but upon check in it was two single beds. I only knew when entering the room and then I responded to the reception to be explained because there is no room. I should have been informed at check-in.
Second, everything is pretty clean except that the toilet gets clogged.
Third, breakfast is very skimpy and food is not kept warm.
Fourth, after check-out I need receptionists to bring luggage out, they seem uncomfortable and do not care about us. The first...

"JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night.
The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities.
Would definately stay here again!"
