I hope this is your base for all kinds of fun activities or R&R. This is our home away from home and I hope you view it as such. It's not a show home. Meant to be lived in. Lay on the couch after a fun day surfing or exploring.

This is a stand alone house, not a condo. No long hallways, no elevators. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath. In Costa Rica. We call it a Villa and that includes your own private parking stall just a few steps away. If you don't feel like driving, no problem as everything is within walking distance and really is a better way to enjoy Tamarindo and the friendly locals. The incredible beach is just 850 meters away. Over half mile of adventure in the heart of town.

Important Update - we have installed a back-up water cistern. VERY important especially during high season. You still need to be conscious of water use.

•Expanded lanai by the entrance. Perfect for reading or watching the kids in the pool.

Upper Floor
•Master bedroom, with a queen bed, an en-suite with a shower, independent AC, ceiling fan, and a balcony that overlooks the pool
•Second bedroom, with a queen bed and a double bed plus a twin bunk bed above the double bed plus a full en-suite bathroom, independent AC.
The air conditioning system has independent controls for each floor as well as for each bedroom.
