Condition of the room was a bit worn, and not properly clean.
It said on the website that spa/wellness was included but when we arrived no one mentioned anything about it and when asking, it was fully booked.
Overall it did not feel like a 4-star hotel."

"Communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish, meaning that check in/out was seamless, and all was as expected. The property was warm and comfortable, and well laid out; it easily accommodated six adults for a week for a skiing holiday. It is located very close to the slopes and main lift stations; and is an easy walk into the town centre. It is possible to ski close to the property, both in and out, if conditions allow. The property, and Cervinia itself, were fantastic and I would definitely recommend. "

"We were 5 people staying in Chalet @Le Du Coq Rouge' for 5 nights, while skiing in Cervinia. The house was very good overall with plenty of space and we found the location to be very good for us, with the village of Valtournanche within reasonable walking distance and the town of Certvinia around 20 minutes drive."
