"The property is very convenient, and within walking distance to street food stands, restaurants, and the likes. What t I did not like was lack of access to Internet inside the hotel. That would be great if they can work on that. Other than that, it was a great experience and a highly recommended.."

"The location is perfect to experience the old part of the city. Easy to get to Tiananmen Square and Parks. Recommend hiring a bicycle to look around. The Staff were all very helpful. The room was very clean and they did our laundry free of charge. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again."

"Staff were very friendly. Felt at home and they were super helpful. I think this is the best customer service I've had so far. Even better than staying in 5 star suites. "

"The service was five star. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Even the cleaners in the hallways greet you with a smile and when you check in, they give you extra gifts and small items for convenience for free. They also give you a welcome tea as well there are so many sites you can visit walking distance. Also, the metro is nearby with lots of restaurants all walking distance."

"Very good hotel with kind and helpful staff, ready to take care of any issues. Also great gym and pool, which the kids liked a lot. Can absolute recommend… only thing that would make it exceptional would be a dishwasher in the room"

"Quick Note from My Hutong Hideaway
Just left the tiny hotel tucked in Nanluoguxiang—still smiling.
Free coffee, cookies, and afternoon tea on tap. The front desk felt like a mini-UN: English flowed, and they snagged me Forbidden-City tickets in two minutes.
Handed over dirty laundry at breakfast; it came back clean and folded at dusk—zero charge.
Mattress = cloud, pillow = marshmallow, sleep = instant.
Warmest little base in Beijing—see you next time.

"Service was great, rooms are clean, location was a standout, located in just a corner bend to Wangfujing!
Only quirk was no laundry (machines & dryers, albeit coin payable or otherwise)."
"Great location. Wonderful staff (though English speaking staff are limited). Concierge team is amazing, helpful, organized and very professional. Rooms are spacious. Food options are great. Very recommended for a good stay in Beijing"
"Nice hotel, great location, good service, decent breakfast buffet, just slightly older hotel that could use some refurbishment and touch-up. But overall, very satisfied stay."
"Great location - close to the Forbidden City, restaurants, shopping, etc.
Clean, spacious room. Big breakfast buffet with many options for different tastes. Staff was friendly and helpful, even organizing a taxi for me for my ride to the airport. It was nice to be able to enjoy an espresso in the lobby bar!"
"Laundry set up was good but busy! Breakfast has a nice Asian and Western spread with lots of vegetable dishes. Though quite busy at times (with long line ups due to early tour excursion starts), the staff was very courteous and efficient! Thumbs up!"
