"This is a wonderful place to stay in Kyoto. Feels like a cozy home. Has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent as well, 5 minute walk to Tofukuji station which will connect you to anywhere in the city. I highly recommend this amazing place."

"The house was great and in perfect condition.
Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful.
Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it.

"We stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is walking distance from the train station which is convenient. You are able to rent a bike for free! So much fun. Great amenities. Staff are so kind, nice and very helpful. They also speak English. There is Lawson next to the hotel so you can easily walk over there to buy snacks and drinks. We enjoyed it and highly recommend it! "Wonderful hotel choice, less than 10 minute walk to Kyoto station. Quiet area but walkable to many shops and food options. Loved the public bath option. The staff was great and helped with our luggage transfer. We did not include the breakfast option and it was a bit overpriced at around $30 usd per person. "
