Just a few things for improvement- the cutlery in the kitchen is very limited. I was told that the laundry powder should go with the clothes not into the dispenser. They have a group of friendly staff that is readily available to assist visitors at their level 4 receptionist area 24/7.
The room, bed, toilet and shower area is very clean.
Towel and clearing of rubbish is upon request and they will do it within the next 30mins for you in my experience during my stay of 8 days.
The location is very good, it's above the Exit
(Zone 8) of the Taipei Main Station, very convenient to travel around.

"Great hotel within walking distance from Taipei Main Station. There are a wealth of street food options in the immediate area. The hotel is clean, well-kept, and while there is only one washer and dryer, both do an excellent job and the dryer will fully dry your clothes in 40 minutes.
Only negative is my family found the bathtub a bit difficult to navigate; the bathtub is high and slopes inwards.
But overall we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again the next time we are in Taipei. "

We stayed here twice while in Taiwan while doing a weekend in another city, the hotel looked after our luggage during this time so we could just take a small bag with us.
Both stays we had our room upgraded. The rooms were bigger than most other hotel rooms, as was the shower. Appreciate the free water in the lobby.
Location is great, stairs right outside connecting to Taipei main station through a shopping mall, less than 10 minute walk to get to the platform. Walking distance to Ximen and Ningxia night market - we would bring food back to eat in the hotel where they having a seating/dining area.

They always cared for me and provided the best options for every question I had. The facilities are wonderful, the bed are comfortable.
