Communication with staff was good, with only a few small glitches (e.g., we agreed to have room cleaning done on Sunday, but nobody showed up on Sun and it happened on Tue instead). The kitchenette was quite useful, but it could benefit from a couple of regular sized cups and glasses.”

As we were travelling by train to Padua it was very helpful to know the bus/tram options with our luggage.
