"so, a big part of this is my own fault, but they do advertise a 24 hour convenience desk, which is not true. "It was pleasure to return to the Ruean Thai after 7 years. Still the same friendly, attentive service. Rooms are well maintained, clean and easily accessible. Food in the on-site restaurant is of a good standard. All round a very pleasant stay, as always."
