"Marine hotel in Tankerton was very comfortable. It was extremely cold while we were there but lovely lady in housekeeping gave us a radiator for our room which really helped warm the room. All staff, particularly Karen on reception and Patsy in the restaurant, plus many whose names I don’t know who really were excellent for which we thank you all so much for making our stay so enjoyable! Slight downside is that I was asked to strip beds, etc before I left, which I'd ll expect to be warned about as part of the booking,. especially as there is a cleaning fee. However communication was great and I was able to stay late for a very reasonable fee as the property wasn't booked the day of departure. Added bonus (not on the listing) is there's a BBQ!"
