“I'd like to start by saying that if Limehome wants to do the right thing I'll happily amend this review. We arrived at around midnight and discovered our room had not been cleaned or changed over - see pictures. We immediately contacted the hotel via WhatsApp (because there are no staff on the premises). It took almost an hour, but the best they could do was put us in a single room which was quite uncomfortable for the two of us. They then refused to refund us, offering a 35% discount on that……

“Looking forward to a quite vacation in the arms of the beautiful mountains, i was greeted by Bulldozers and road construction. And the worse part is, it was being done by the owner of the Chalet i rented. It just sliped his mind to mention this in his confirmation email right? Right! So instead of waking up to the sounds of birds and the smell of wet grass, i woke up everyday to the sounds of big machines working the road and the smell of tar and diesel. To make things even worse, facilities……
