The support staff was very polite and speedy. Check-in was smooth and quick. All was good until we walked into our bathroom. Three large, dead cockroaches. Two on the floor and one in the bathtub. I can't do roaches. I hate leaving such a negative review, but that is what happened. Hopefully, it was a one off...
