"I took an upgrade offer to the newly renovated 'Salon' suites. It's similar to 'Club Room' level of service where you have a dedicated check in/out desk, but with a few more perks. Whilst I didn't need the extra perks, or the nicer room, it was cheap enough to go ahead anyway and I'm glad I did. The room was lovely, the service for anything needed felt 5*, and the process of checking in/out was so quick and easy. During our stay, Figo and Kaka (ex. global football stars) checked in for a night too. If it's good enough for them it's certainly good enough for me! "

"Loved my time at The Icon Saigon. Very friendly staff- Lin was helpful in adding a day to my stay and contacting Vietnam Airlines when I had to cancel my trip to Hue because of a typhoon. Big praise for her. Breakfast was always good, enjoyed the afternoon tea after exploring the city, and Cham was a lovely dinner spot when you just wanted to chill at the hotel.
