The rooms were updated and nice. Good and comfortable. The location is situated nicely near the springfield downtown area and eateries. Very nice stay."

"We loved everything about our stay! Super comfortable and clean. Host was very attentive and really easy to work with. This was honestly one of my favorite places to stay, it was peaceful, had a large yard for our dogs, we all watched a movie on the projector and popped popcorn. I have never felt more at home, wish we could have stayed more than just one night. We will definitely be back!!!!"

"While this is in fact 2 bedrooms, one only has the small futon, smaller than a twin, in it. The couch bed is one of the beds listed that makes it sleep 5, but it is small and very uncomfortable. The stairs going up are dark and not lit. The neighborhood is very sketchy.Owner was prompt in replies to get door code, so thats good. The cleanliness was definitely lacking..."
