With five bedrooms, there’s plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen and dining area are filled with natural light from the many windows, and there are more than enough dishes, cups, and wine glasses. I loved having games and a small bluetooth speaker for background noise while reading.The cozy room features a large TV and a comfortable setup to unwind. There’s even extra space for cornhole or volleyball near the back patio, and the entryway has a convenient spot for shoes so you don’t track dirt through the house. The living room windows look right out onto Rough River, which is stunning.I can’t wait to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoors, and again in the fall — the foliage must be incredible. This property is quiet, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a truly relaxing stay."

"Little slice of heaven! We stayed here to attend a wedding at Matilda’s Event Barn. It was idyllic, so pretty with the fall colors and glassy lake. We loved hanging out in the porch with blankets (early November). Everything was very accommodating, temperature control in both sleeping rooms. Simple check and out. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We’re keeping this in mind for the summer!"
