"The room I was in on the first floor I had 2 roaches in it. I was moved to a room on the fourth floor, with a nicely sized mature roach in the bathroom. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. If you do bring a concern to the night staff, expect a rude attitude. I cannot stress enough, you're better off dozing off in the nearby gas station than staying here. The entire building needs fumigation."

"We were attending a concert at Lucas Oil. The valet parking was backed up across the intersection and no organization. The lady at check in was not friendly. I had two rooms and was charged almost triple the rate and spent most of the next business day getting that corrected. When I went to get my car the keys were in a locked cabinet but not tagged all just thrown in there. I asked if I could look and found my keys and out sons. I could have picked any car and left! The rooms need 2 queens not full size beds. All in all we have an even in a couple months and we chose a different location. "
