This is a beautiful property and the view of the city is outstanding. It was convenient for us as we were traveling by train and it is close to the station.
We didn't take full advantage of the place as we left for part of the time and went on an overnight elsewhere. I do wish we had more time to enjoy this place.
The only issue was getting the key. Check in was confusing having to go offsite to locate a lock box.
The property had some disrepair — a broken window and peeling paint on the bathroom door jams. However, it had the most beautiful view and was very comfortable for our overnight stay. Parking was a little challenging. We did not know which fob opened the doors in the garage or that we had to point one of the remotes at the garage door to get it to open. The network name provided for the WiFi was incorrect and we had to keep trying all the ones available until we got the correct one. We checked out early, leaving the keys as instructed but had no way to operate the elevator to the garage. Overall, very good experience.

Location is amazing for any events in the area, everything walkable
Suite itself was underwhelming, felt worn. Probably could have overlooked some of the details that were missed in the suite, but the fact that the "sofa bed" was an air mattress was incredibly disappointing and we felt mislead by the posting.

Firstly, we had to pick up the key from a different place from the actual unit, which is so inconvenient when you are carrying luggage with you. Then we had problems finding the unit. The property is advertised as Toronto Inn York so we put this name in Google maps and we cannot find the place. We called and they said follow the address in the instructions. But it doesn’t say West or East. So we walked up and down with our luggage trying to find the place. They should specify in the instructions NOT to put Toronto inn York in Google maps. The check-in process definitely needs improvement. No complaints on the unit; location is good, and the unit is clean, spacious and has a great view of the city.
Check in was super easy. Kind of hard to find the entrance for the first time but after that it was a breeze. The unit was in a great spot and was very clean! Overall great stay!
I had a great stay here and would not hesitate to stay again. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, and comfortable. The view is great & everything is brand new. It is close to major attractions with plenty of dining & shopping options nearby. Great communication with host, courteous and well organized! Recommended! A+
It was in a great location and very easy to get around everywhere. I was nervous about getting keys because of other reviews but the process is really easy. Worse part is the 4 o clock check in. It took 10 minutes to walk to our parking garage and about 3 hours to drive back to apartment parking complex because of traffic. An earlier check in would save hours in a grid lock of traffic
Unit was very clean and comfortable. Loved it was close to all the amenities. The parking is one thing that can be worked on. Signage for the levels is not very clear.

The couch was terrible and broken. The pull out futon wasn’t suitable for 2 people at all. For the price of the unit, I expected better.

The room was not well cleaned. The blind covering the sliding door was broken. Furniture was stained. TV didn't work. Windows very dirty. Patio lacked any seating and was in need of cleaning.
