"Really nice host. Safe and secure location. Everything was clean but walls need paint and all cooking gear needs to be replaced. For such a Luxury price, they could spend $5K in paint and higher quality beds/couch (Costco, anyone?) and other furniture. Our backs will be grateful for a comfortable bed/couch back home. Oh, and make sure to ask where the building pool and workout room are located. There was no welcome package explaining anything other than a 4-line text with apartment's...

"This is a great place to stay in downtown. The place was neat and tidy with all essentials for a good two week stay. Roman is a great host. He responded to queries and asks in no time. I would definitely recommend to this to anyone wanting to stay in downtown."

Everything, from the induction cooktop, ample wardrobe/storage space, cleaning supplies to crisp linens, feels like a treat to use. "We rented this condo for our first trip to Toronto. It was a great bang for the buck! The condo is dated and in need of a renovation, but clean and had everything g we needed. The building is very busy, not noisy, but never rode the elevator alone. Parking is fine, tight though, do not recommend a truck, it did take about 10 minutes to get in and out of the property. "We sent numerous messages that were not answered. We called vrbo and they tried to contact to no avail. Am now waiting for requested refund. We didn’t go because we never got hold of the property owner and didn’t have a place to stay. I would have put not applicable as a review but it wouldn’t let me answer or respond without filling in everything. We had to postpone trip do to the no response and I’m not happy about it"
