Good central location, very friendly staff, good size rooms, lots of snacks and drinks included, kitchen and laundry facilities is a big plus

Above and beyond the greatest hotel I have ever stayed. Once this property reaches its one year anniversary and can be rated it will certainly be a top ten hotel in the world.
