Communication was very poor. I sent messages before arriving & once I arrived & never got a reply. Had a very poor sleep the first night as the lights from outside weren’t blocked out by the very sheer curtains. Discovered the 2nd night that there were some external shutters but they weren’t obvious. Internet wasn’t working when arrived. Only got connection the following day. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Creaked at times when moving. There isn’t a lift so you’ll need to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs. Only talked briefly on the phone to open the key door, and never again. Bare minimum convenience. Internet could not hold a stream. Her var ingen aircon. kun en lille propel der overhovedet ikke kunne gøre det ud for lidt kuldetræk. Sengen var MEGET dårlig (blød) så de 2 ting lang sammen gjorde at vi valgte et andet hotel til 2 overnatning.
