Troy Vacations from $630

I don’t typically write bad reviews but this was so much worse than I expected. The first and most offensive was the intense smell of cat/animal urine. The room itself was dirty, the walls and carpeting are caked in years of visits. The light on the bathroom didn’t work. The shower was dirty. The pool and any other amenities were not accessible and that room is being used as storage. I don’t know if the other rooms are improved or renovated but this room (#1) was not updated in the slightest with not even the bare minimum effort of new paint or linens. The price of this room considering the complete lack of effort to invest into the space is completely offensive. We stayed here for one night, but we definitely did not sleep.

From the time we walked up to this gorgeous inn, we were throughly impressed. Our room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. They truly proved us with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay right away. We loved the fireplace, extra fluffy towels, comfortable bed, welcome prosecco and chocolates, daily cider and cookies in the lounge and the incredible wrap around porch complete with the view of autumn leaves with a fire burning in the fire pit. The attention to detail was amazing! From the owner, who checked us in, to each and every waitstaff serving us for our four night stay for breakfast and one dinner, we were also blown away by the warmth of the staff and willingness to go the extra mile with sightseeing advice, etc. It was the perfect first visit to New England and 30th anniversary celebration. Thank you!

We stepped into room 16 from a cold and rainy New England October afternoon and instantly felt at home. The room was clean, well appointed and warm. Over the next two nights we really liked this hotel and its setting in the heart of North Conway. Perhaps the bed could have been bigger but it was very comfy. Overall a strong recommendation for this place.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was seamless, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal. Truly a 5-star experience!
