The staff was wonderful. There is coffee available anytime and the breakfast was adequate. The beds are clean, the floors not so much, bring slippers. The pool was closed for maintenance and basically the whole place needs some TLC and updating and could be a really great place.

Overall, my stay was okay. The staff was nice, and the young lady with blonde hair who worked at the front desk was especially helpful, sweet and provided really good customer service. There were a couple of things that could have been better. The pool was down during my stay, which was disappointing. Also, my room wasn’t actually being fully cleaned. They would bring fresh towels and take out the trash, but that was pretty much it. The room itself wasn’t cleaned or refreshed beyond that. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, and the staff was pleasant. I just think the housekeeping could be improved, and it would have been nice to have the pool available.

This was the dirtiest and most run down Hapton Inn I have experienced. Overflowing trash cans and 1000 of nats everywhere around the trash by the lobby bathrooms. Over 100° all week and the a/c in the pool area was not pn and the pool was like a sauna. It was hotter and more uncomfortable in the pool area than it was outdoors. I must say with the exeption of the water rot and wobbling glass doors, it was by far the best water pressure i could ever wish for. Absolutely incredible. Housekeeping was very nice and attentive to the rooms. Choose otherwise.

The breakfast was great with a hospitality service of employees in the area and the front desk, the hotel is also located few minutes from downtown! We had a great week in 2026 Spring Break week, the pool was full, kids was playing! Amazing
