This home is only a few steps from the beach and has stunning views of the bay from its two levels of outdoor decks. Swim and relax in the sun with an all-new heated pool and patio area, which includes a 16'W X 26'L X 4' deep swimming pool. Tybee evenings can be rounded out with a gathering around the outdoor firepit.

The home's main living level is on the second floor. The living room opens onto a large deck with outdoor dining. For entertainment, there is a sleeper sofa and a large wall-mounted TV with a Bluetooth soundbar in the living room. The open dining and kitchen area is a great place to socialize. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are two seats at the breakfast bar. The dining table can seat up to ten people. This main level also includes a bedroom (bedroom 4) with two double beds and an attached full bathroom, which is also accessible via the hall.

The top level of the home features a beautifully appointed main bedroom suite. You will not want to leave the room as you gaze over the Savannah River and watch ships pass by, watch dolphins play, and seabirds dive into the water. The bedroom has a King-size bed, with convenient charging ports on the bedside tables. There is an attached bonus room, Bedroom 2, with a twin-over-double bunk bed. The ensuite bathroom features a beautiful all-new walk-in shower with dual vanities. Bedroom 3, on the third level is furnished with a King Size bed and also has an attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

The home's ground level has everything you need to fully enjoy Tybee's coastal weather! There is a seating area on the covered porch, as well as an impressive hot and cold outdoor shower with a foot wash. Relax with a cold beverage around the firepit after a long day of beachcombing and swimming. The garage has undergone major updates and includes a foosball table and ping pong table.

A pathway leading over dunes to the quiet beaches of Tybee's north end leads to the shared beach. The beach on the north end has a very natural beach setting; it is tranquil and serene. The Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean here. The beautiful white sand beach is reached via a soft sand path. Spend your days strolling along the beach while large ships pass through the channel. This is an excellent location for birdwatching and watching dolphin pods play in their natural habitat.

This home offers in-home WIFI, a washer and dryer, and parking for up to 3 vehicles. There is a Level 2 EV charger available for guest use.

Please note: Optional pool heat is available for $35 per night. Pool heat not available November-March (weather dependent). MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
