Great vacation property

Everything was excellent! Super clean, spacious, and convenient. We wish the pool was open until 8 or 9. Our favorite vacation activity is hanging out at the pool after dinner.

Location was convenient, property was ok.

Easy and convenient location. Beds in two rooms were awful, floors needed to be washed(our feet turned black just walking on the floors) & appliances needed attention. Our biggest disappointment was the pool hours, 10-5 and not mentioned in the listing. Having kids they would have liked to be swimming by 8am and while dinner was being made. So we only used the pool 3 times over our stay. We were also told an SUV wouldn’t fit in the parking area, we changed our rental to a van and then found others with large SUVs fit just fine.

Great rental

Condo was clean and comfortable. Super close to lots of restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach. Hosts were great with communication and checked in with us to make sure everything was good. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

My family enjoyed our stay. Steps to the beach and close to everything. Nice kitchen stocked with kitchen items and utensils. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Communication with southern belle was great!

A wonderful stay!!!

Our stay was amazing. The unit was clean and pleasant. The only thing that I would say is that make sure the staff check the sheets and comforter in the king suite. The sheets had spots on them and the comforter had cigarette burns. Other than that the stay was amazing. We were around the corner from everything, the beach, bars, and stores. Most definitely a great location.

My family had a great stay! We would definitely come back again! The house was clean and homey. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to make small meals. The fridge worked like normal (I've been to houses where the fridge doesn't cool as much) and had a working ice maker! (Been to houses that don't have one). We are always grateful for a coffee maker. The A/C blew super cold air which we appreciated! There was also some beach equipment like beach chairs that we borrowed. There's a trash bin next to our parking spot where we threw away our trash. We travelled in two cars and we had two parking spots to use. We also travelled with two small dogs and there's a lawn of grass across the street that is open to use for pets as long as you pick after your pet (obviously!). It was short walk to the beach as advertised right at the 17th street entrance. The check-in and check-out instructions were short and sweet. The host checked-in on us a couple of times via text which was thoughtful! We did lose cell service inside the condo but used the free wifi to make calls. There's a working elevator! I absolutely love staying on the south side of the island and having all the shops and restaurants just 1 block over. I can't say enough good things about the condo and the location. Probably my only one teeny tiny thing is that the mattresses all seem to have a dip in the middle of them but we made due! We spent most of time outside of the condo anyway! Southern Belle is the best!

Great stay on Tybee Island

We completely enjoyed our stay. The unit had plenty of space. The parking (garage underneath the building) was wonderful and kept our full size truck cooler in the hot weather. We were able to park and walk almost everywhere we needed/wanted to. We did use the pool which is a short distance down the avenue. No problem to walk to it. It is a smaller pool but with the check in process works fine. (The deck is slippery when wet.) We were on the 2nd floor next to the stairs/elevator and noise was never an issue. We would stay at this location again.

Great location! Perfect for our family beach stay!

This was a great rental at Tybee. We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids. More than enough space! Washer and dryer was a plus! Came with all necessary kitchen utensils. There was quick and clear communication from the rental company regarding an AC issue that was fixed prior to check-in. The property was clean upon arrival and check in was smooth. I took one star off because there were some minor issues, the bathroom fixtures (toilet paper holder, hand towel holder) were broken or missing. And the front door lock plate was loose and a screw had blocked the door from opening resulting us having to get in through a window. Not a huge issue but the property could use a little maintenance . We would definitely stay here again!.

Great condo close to beach

The only complaint is the key situation. An upgrade would be nice. There was an old fashioned combination lock box on the door like you would see on houses for sale in the past. There was only one key in the lock box. With 4 adults coming and going, and no light on the porch I was very tempted to just leave it unlocked or put the key under the mat especially after dark.

Perfect Family Condo on Tybee

Our stay was perfect! The condo was fresh & clean from the moment we arrived, and was so spacious, easily accommodating our family for the week. It was great having a full, spacious kitchen, roomy dining area, cozy living room, and 3 comfy bedrooms! The property was a short walk across the street to the beautiful public beach, which was never overly crowded, and we appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella & skid board provided at the condo. The heated pool across the alley was beautifully furnished with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and looked brand new, very clean, well taken care of, and private. We enjoyed the warmth of the water (almost like bath water) on cooler or windy days. The property staff was easy to reach via text for the daily pool code, and any other questions we had during our stay. Based on the property description, we were worried if our rental car would fit, but the parking spots were plenty spacious for an SUV. The property was also a great location being an easy 25min from Savannah. We loved every delicious meal we had at all the locally owned restaurants (which were a short drive across the island) and the friendly, laid back, community! Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and the perfect property to enjoy the adorable, relaxing beach town of Tybee Island!

Tybee Island stay

Overall, this is a nice property. Some minor issues could be addressed. Wire brush and paint metal stair railings. Door knob and deadbolt lock needs attention. Parking area could be cleaned up. Nothing that would keep me from returning though.

We had the best time. Went to Savannah, Hilton Head, and of course Tybee Island. The condo was in the perfect location just right around the corner from shops, restaurants, and the beach.

Family Getaway

1st stay on Tybee so nothing to compare to. Communication with staff was excellent. Condo was clean. Location was good. Needed some updating IMO. Could have provided more soap/shampoo. Almost ran out of toilet paper. Did run out of paper towels and for amount we paid I felt like more should have been provided. These are minor complaints. All in all it worked well for us.
