“Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. The accommodations are simple in that you have bedroom, bathroom, tv, internet and maybe a kitchen. If you are ok with this setup, then this is a fantastic place to stay. The host Gregory is very friendly and ready to accommodate. Wifi wasn't a problem for me. I walked to the Sky Mall to get groceries which is about 20 minutes away though part is a long the highway. “The Resort was really nice and very clean. Staff was very pleasant. I only had one issue which was that I really couldn’t enjoy the balcony because it was too hot to sit out there due to the AC condenser which was blowing hot air. I don’t know whose idea it was to place them there but it defeats the purpose of having a balcony if you cannot sit there. ”

“Perfect location . Can’t imagine better on the island . So close to the bus, amazing selection of restaurants , two nice beaches . All within a few minutes walk . Also walking distance ( or a short bus) to Oistins , Miami Beach , pebbles beach ,the capital , etc The apartment was perfect . Couldn’t have asked for nicer . No complaints whatsoever . The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful . ”
