"We had an extraordinary stay at this beautiful inn. The staff was so incredibly welcoming and accommodating. "This was the most expensive accommodation we booked in Japan (there was nothing else available at the time) and sadly it was not worth the price. There was no communication from the hosts before arrival and we found it very difficult to find the exact address in order to locate it on our phones. We had booked dinner and breakfast and the food was average. The young man running the place was doing his best but it was a disappointing place. "
