"Great location, right by the beach. Friendly staff to check you in, clean rooms, free waters for each night of stay, in unit washer/dryer worked great, shower was hot with good water pressure, nice soaps for shower and nice full bath towels. Overall would definitely stay here again. Loved that I could eat downstairs at a nearby restaurant for a late night dinner and return to my room right away. "Nice place but confusing. Numerous hotels in one building. Some might like not having people to deal with but I am not one of those people. Everything is through the email and that can be bad. I got my check out email late so I didn’t see the instructions until it was too late. Someone I was with didn’t get her check in instructions until an hour after check in time and we had to call and jump through hoops just to get it. Nice clean place but I’d never stay here again. "

"The Grand Josun Busan was an exceptional hotel in a spectacular location. From the minute we arrived, service was top notch, with staff making you feel welcomed and at home. Hotel room and amenities were excellent, particularly enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking Haeundae Beach. The property location was perfect, across from the main walkinh street where restaurants and bars, as well as markets were located."

Alas, there were other choices within a short driving distance. One thing to note: everything practically closes by 8pm (last order)."

The room was outdated, with repairs and maintenance in the room visible and left me with the feeling of old and dirty. The hallways stunk. We stayed on the 20th floor and the elevators took a long time because it was servicing other floors (businesses) to non-guests. The only nice area was the lobby to walk through. The location was good since it had direct entry to the mall. The staff were great too."

"This is definitely a 5 star hotel that meets expectations. Great location on the beach. The main building beach view room was very nice; the breakfast buffet was great; and when the amenities were open (hot tubs, gym, etc.), I enjoyed them. The only downside was there was work being done on the gym and hot tubs for one of the two days I was there, so there should have been some sort of refund. Likely not something everyone will experience though as I can’t imagine they are frequently closed, so I’d definitely come back."

"It was difficult to find a room option for Shilla Stay on Expedia which fully met our needs so we opted for the one which closest fit our wish for sea views. There’s something about waking up to the sight of the sea and the views from the room did not disappoint. We had a lovely stay! There’s a telephone based queuing system for check in which did not accept uk numbers. Thankfully, one of the staff stepped in quickly."
