"This is a very quiet and peaceful area on Caddo Lake to enjoy. Loved being able to walk in friendly neighborhood and not worry about safety. There is a cafe with pier you can enjoy a sunset, all within walking distance. The unit is tucked away behind another cabin. Little misleading in photos-thought we would have a large lot. That closeness was not great, but luckily we had quiet neighbors. Some landscape work was needed such as tree limbs trimmed away, grass needed mowing, and trim bushes that were hiding the house numbers. The inside has older furnishings but everything worked just fine. The air conditioner definitely worked and we were extremely comfortable. The view from large sliding doors was peaceful. Had issue with TV but was corrected. Owner Chris came by the second day we were there to make sure everything was working. He apologized for the appearance-but there had been a lot of raining and that certainly slows maintenance. Overall, if you want a place to stay while enjoying peace and quiet on Caddo Lake, this is a good choice."

"We had a great stay at this cozy little cabin near Caddo Lake. The property is across the street from the lake and not on the water. I'm not sure this was super clear in the listing. The beds were comfy, and there was good parking for a few cars and your boat. The neighborhood was quiet!"
