“Good location for the activities we had planned. We were able to book a rm. that sleeps 3. You book on line and you are told the check in and out times and that your door will be unlocked and the key on the table. Same way at check out. Leave door unlocked and key on the table. “Judging by the excellent reviews, we chose this unique property for a holiday getaway. When we arrived, we quickly questioned why this place had such great reviews. It appeared very unkept on the outside with railing panels that had fallen off the upper deck as if it was the aftermath of a heavy storm. Old, unkept boats were at the dock, broken glass and trash about. Outside furniture was broken and unusable. Cobwebs all over the outside and some inside. Towels were musty smelling and old. The……

“We loved our stay in this beautiful, modern, clean cabin with wonderful outdoor spaces, right on the Big Cypress River. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of sofa space for our group of 7. Location was ideal too--a quick and easy 10 min drive to Caddo Lake State Park, and Marshall was a quick 30 minute trip for groceries and Starbucks. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future!”
