"This place has seen better day's. Quite run down, dirty and not very appealing at all.
Check in was worse than pulling teeth, one poor girl working who was bar tending, waiting tables and trying to run reception.
Definitely would never stay here again. Rough!"

It was an easy space to unwind and relax in and to feel nurtured and comfortable. It was warm and cosy. I appreciated the bath, the fire and all the little touches of care around the place, as well as accessibility to great walks, food and the general charm of this town.

"Deliberately booked the riverfront cabin for the views & didn't disappoint. Awesome cabin, modern with all the modcons. Loved sitting on the verandah enjoying the river views & activities & birdlife. Plenty of pelicans. Easy walk up the street to access eating & shops. Very quiet. Ate at the Pretotia Hotel both nights, excellent meals. Highly recommended."

"We had the most beautiful time at this cozy cottage in Kanmantoo. It's perfect for friends and family to spend time together especially during the winter nights, it's so cozy and the firepit was a game changer!The host was so lovely and helped us through everything. We are keen visit the this place again for another staycation!"

"Very welcoming owners to their under cover eating area with our dog. Very accommodating by delivering our dinner to our cottage. Dressed in 1800’s era clothing to celebrate 175th year of settlement. Interesting display of old cameras and art works. "
