"Got there 2hrs after check in time and was told I’d have to wait 1-2hrs for my room to be ready! Front desk attendant was rude and dismissive. At that point 2hrs would have been 7-8pm! My son had a soccer game at 730am! Room was outdated and not the cleanest. Beds felt like springy trampolines not comfortable at all. Breakfast was clean and plenty for everyone but it was so slow we couldn’t even really eat. Pool was small and VERY crowded. Definitely would not stay again. "

Went to the restaurant for dinner after sitting for 35 minutes asked how to place a order for food and was told "well get to you when we get to you" Pool was closed at night so kids couldn't swim (whole reason we booked here) The next morning at 930 a random women entered my room without knocking and told me i had to check out.. my check out was at 12. Breakfast was overpriced for the good wasnt great. "

"We found the hotel to be very clean, the staff was friendly amd helpful. The bottom floor was being remodeled, I do believe the 2nd and 3rd floor had already been done. The beds were very comfortable, the room was nice and clean. We'd definitely stay again"
