“This place is heaven for nature lovers. A place in the forest, surrounded by flora and fauna. It is a vast property with many Adventures activities like Zip - lining, Archery, swimming pool, Burma Bridge, Campfire etc. Rooms are Air conditioned and they have luxury tents too around the swimming pool. It is a pet friendly resort. The food they serve is like home made food, both veg and non veg food are served in buffet style and not A la carte basis. “Excellent property and excellent views, great ambience outside the room, externally everything looks and feels like a luxury resort. Inside the room is not pleasant, everything is low class / middle class. Service is near zero. No room service not even can you ask for a favor to be brought to the room, like a beer or a sprite. We got the executive room. The staff was excellent at providing the services. Very pleasant approach towards the guest. . “First the positives. The rooms are well maintained. The gym is clean and has top notch equipment. The food is really excellent and has no garlic no onion options. Housekeeping is really good. The beds and comforters and pillows are superb quality. Now for the not so good news. The staff is quite untrained and unprofessional. Some of them were fighting at the front desk and being utterly disrespectful. Not something a guest should ever witness. For food room service, they literally make you……
