Booked this hotel as we were passing through and would not make Kamloops. Old building, however, the area was updated, looked and smelled clean and fresh. AC worked great. Staff were helpful and great! Beds were the most comfortable sleep we had on this whole trip! $75 cheaper than surrounding towns to boot!

The people that checked us in were lovely, but I have to say.. the room and property were some of the worst I have seen. The room was clearly not vacuumed, there were hairs in the tub, finger prints on the mirrors and cups, dirt on the window drapes. I saw at least 10 ants in the bathroom and around the A/C unit. I was horrified. This is the type of thing you may expect for a hotel room that is $50.00 a night. Not $150.00 a night. Perhaps the prices need to be adjusted or the maintenance staff need a refresher on cleanliness. The beds were comfortable and I THINK the bedding was clean, but with how awful everything else was, I can’t be sure.

I was not impressed how they treated newcomers and the room was clean except for the door. It came trough the pipeline install so you can see what I’m talking about
