This cozy apartment for two people is located exactly 100 steps from Saint Mark\\'s square! The entrance is independent and in a very quiet street. Air conditioning and fast internet WiFi.  
  
An exceptional location to enjoy the main attractions within walking distance in a few minutes!  
  
Easily accessible from the airport, railway station and Piazzale Roma thanks to its proximity to the San Marco waterbus stop, the apartment is located in a quiet street away from the crowds.

The apartment is located in a hidden street, just behind Saint Mark\\'s square, which is why it is very quiet and peaceful despite its super central location.  
  
The entrance is independent. You will enjoy maximum privacy.  
  
The apartment is equipped to live in and consists of:  
  
\- living room with table, 4 chairs, sofa and fully equipped kitchen (stove and oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine, etc.)  
  
\- bedroom with double bed, smart TV, mirror and wardrobe. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding door  
  
\- The bathroom is small but functional: it has been completely renovated  
  
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and fast wi-fi internet (fiber).

The apartment is located in the most popular and renowned district of Venice: San Marco. Furthermore it is amazingly close to the awesome Saint Mark’s Square. By staying so close to the top sight you can walk to the square also during the peaceful mornings, touching sunsets and charming evenings, relaxing at the rhythms of the cafés’ orchestras.  
  
The district of San Marco is the most famous in Venice. Here there are all the major tourist attractions, the most famous museums and great restaurants.  
  
The Fenice Theatre is behind the corner and the closest supermarket is just 4 minutes walking from home.  
  
On foot you can quickly go everywhere you want: you are in the inner city!
