Property Summary
Ca' Riviera Bosco Piccolo is a modern, comfortable detached villa surrounded by trees and meadows, built in 2019. It offers a spacious 5'000 m2 private garden with a lawn and trees, perfect for sunbathing. The villa is equipped with amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and parking, ensuring a comfortable vacation rental experience in Venice, Italy.

Outdoors
Enjoy shared access to a seasonal swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, available from May 15 to September 15) and an outdoor shower. The villa's extensive private garden spans 5'000 m2 and features lush lawns, trees, and sunbathing areas, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue. Bicycles are available for use within the premises, and you can also rent a canoe for additional outdoor activities.

Other Information
The villa offers weekly linen and towel changes, as well as weekly room cleaning services included in your stay.
