I have stayed at this hotel several time as it is my favorite hotel in Cali. The view from the room is beautiful and is a constant reminder of being on vacation. There is also a rooftop restaurant which has amazing food and nightlife. All of the staff is polite and attentive. Traveling in taxi to nearby restaurants or attractions is inexpensive and convenient as the hotel is close to everything.

Loved that they provided an excellent breakfast and service was excellent. Didn’t like that they don’t provide blankets on the bedding and only provide one towel per guest. The property is nice but their bathrooms need some TLC.

There is a Juan Valdez coffee outlet in the mall. Get premium coffee for yourself or a great gift for your friends. I bought an assortment of coffees from different regions for $10 (29,000 pesos). That is pricey in Colombia, but affordable in the U.S.
