Location was amazing. Rooms were as expected in the city center in Europe, small, but clean. The staff was my only reason for 4 star. The gentlemen that checked us in was not friendly at all.

This hotel was perfect for our family. We loved the location. We had a very short walk from a lot of beautiful places in Venice. We loved how the gondolas passed by our balcony from our hotel room. We loved the Venetian decor of the very old hotel. We would love to return again someday.
