“Kommunikation eher schwierig nur per App möglich. Der Vermieter war von Beginn an etwas aufdringlich und wollte alles zu seinen Gunsten abändern: Buchung über Expedia, Ankunftszeit und Abreisezeit, Ankunft wegen eines Defekts. Hier musste man immer eine Stunde früher fertig sein, das war nervig. Auch das mit der Müllabfuhr hatte er uns erklärt und wir haben es so gemacht , wie wir es verstanden hatten, aber am Ende war es wohl doch falsch ?!?! Hier wäre eine Infomappe im Haus in mehreren……

“Wir waren mit 7 Personen für 1 Woche in dem Ferienhaus, das gut ausgestattet war, und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Solanas ist ein Ort fast ausschließlich mit Ferienwohnungen. Unsere lag lediglich 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es im „Nachbarort“ Villasimius. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Pierluigi war (dank Google Übersetzer) vor und während des Aufenthalts super. Er hat uns freundlich empfangen, hatte einige Tipps für uns und war bei Fragen/Problemen stets……

“Pros: + Super freundlicher Empfang und wirklich liebe Leute. + Alles super sauber + Guter Zustand aller Geräte und Ausstattung + Gute Lage, etwas auch vom Trubel weg. Sehr nah zum Strand. ca. 5-10 min. zu Fuß. + Restaurant sind ums Eck, auch wenn nicht so ganz überzeugend. + Austattung überraschend viel da (Handtücher, Geschirr und co.) + alles in allem top + Toller Blick wenn auch der Betonbunker nebenan etwas nervig ist. aber zwei meter weiter nach hinten sieht man ihn eh nicht mehr. + Die……
