"I loved the garden and sitting area outside .The area is residential so having a car is better. We stayed 5 nights it took us time to fix the Ac because its one big room divided in two . When one was cool the other was super hot and vice versa . . We figured a way to stay cool at once the last day . Very clean and pleasant otherwise. The beach is not far , but we prefered Poetto with all the amenities on the beach ."

"Carlo is a great host. We overlooked that we have to bring our own bed linens, and we were already in Sardinia when we found out. He reacted without hesitation and has arranged the bed linens for us free of charge. "We have enjoyed it a lot. Andrea has been very helpful with minor issues or questions arising. He provided us as well with many infos about the area/restaurants and beaches. The House is a 5 minute walk away from the very nice Beach of Solanas. Our kids did enjoy the garden as well. Overall we would recommend a stay at this property."

"Es handelt sich bei der Unterkunft um ein herziges Häuschen mit einem sehr schönen Garten und einem kleinen Pool. Im und ums Haus ist alles vorhanden. Wcpapier/Haushaltspapier/Servietten/ Putzmittel/ Abwaschmittel/Duschmittel/ Waschmaschine u Waschpulver. Genügend Möglichkeiten zum Wäsche aufhängen. Ausserdem hat es einen Trockner. Die Küche dürfte besser ausgestattet sein. Das Haus liegt abseits und man braucht ein Auto. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir können das gut weiterempfehlen."

Has everything you need, and having the upstairs balcony to have morning coffee was delightful as you get to enjoy the sunshine. "Mikel was amazing! Great personality and gave us some food recommendations! He even upgraded our WiFi! The villa was well cared for and had everything we needed! We enjoyed Amazing mornings and late evenings sitting on the front porch. The proximity to downtown and supermarkets were all within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again! "The location of the property was perfect. A nice walk to the port and into town. Beautiful beaches all walkable and a fort. The bar was closed the entire time and there was no breakfast provided. However when queried a refund of €5 per day per person was given. The shower tan cold and often overflowed from the shower tray. The room was basic with no kettle but was clean and comfortable. "

"Roberto's place is great! The location is perfect. 5 min walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets & a short stroll to the town centre. Make sure to grab a late night gelato and do as the locals do and stroll through the main street. We had a car which was perfect for exploring beaches outside of walking distance & grabbing groceries. Also make sure to book a day trip on a boat so you don't miss out on the beaches you can't access by foot. All in all Roberto's place is highly recommended."

"This hotel was absolutely breathtaking! Everything is so clean, well cared for and the true picture of luxury/relaxation. The service is exceptional and the attention to detail very appreciated. The only issue is the taxi fee to near by towns is excessive at $70 euro round trip to a town 20 min away. This was a great hotel, great stay & will come again "
