"Location, staff, breakfast all superb. Our room 101 needs a bit of a refresh. The beds need replacing everytime you move they make a really loud noise. The bathroom needs a refresh. It is too dark, even with both lights on and it is almost impossible to have a shower without soaking the floor or continually banging the tap. Also feel really sorry for the shark - needs to be put in a much bigger tanks!"

The woman at the front desk tried for more than 30 minutes to download and print our boarding passes. It was a real hassle to wait in line to do it at the airport. "
