Eine der Mitarbeiterinnen war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, in 50% der Fälle saß jedoch jemand am Schalter, der definitiv minderjährig ist, kein Englisch versteht und nicht einmal grüßen kann. Allgemein ist die Belegschaft sehr jung, aber die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. The hotel was near the water and away from the main town so the water was cleaner. The hotel description says bar and restaurant and deli but that's not entirely true. There's no deli and there doesn't really seem to be food options available of an evening. "This accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and well situated. The bed was so comfy, and we appreciated having the sofa as an alternative to just sitting on the bed. Bathroom was spacious with an hot and powerful shower. Crisp linens and fluffy towels provided. Ample parking and a choice of nearby restaurants. The host was very friendly and hospitable. Having stayed in several accommodations throughout our stay in Albania, this one far surpassed all others yet we paid only a fraction of the price. I can highly recommend to anyone looking for the Vlore area. "

"stayed at Hotel Olive in Vlorë from September 6–8, 2025 and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I checked in, the air conditioner did not work, and the room was unbearably hot. I asked to change rooms but was told none were available. I couldn’t even stay in the room until late in the evening when it was finally fixed. The bathroom was a disaster: the shower flooded the entire floor, there was nowhere to place toiletries, and the soap dispenser was broken and empty. Toilet paper and amenities were nearly finished when I arrived, and the kettle had no cups to use with it. On top of that, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable I couldn’t get proper rest. The hotel staff did little to address these problems, and the overall communication and service were completely lacking. The conditions made the room uninhabitable, and I ultimately decided to leave early, even knowing I would not get a refund. This is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone."
