The location is nearby the train main train station Zurich HB but need to take tram with around 7 stops. Valuable price with comfortable design room, it's good for business trip. The room is tidy. The staff always with smile and helpful. A good experience of my business trip.

Zurich is having a big construction downtown, and several train routes have changed. The walking distance from the hotel to the station is also acceptable. The breakfast is great and the environment is lovely.

The palace was really nice. The breakfasts were outstanding!!! The room we had was large with plenty of space. Parking was at a premium on the weekend, but ok during the week. The exercise room needed help. There were 4 dumbells all different weights. You really need matching pairs. There is no water ...
