“This condo served it's purpose for my husband and I. Very convenient drive to many distilleries & downtown Frankfort. Walking distance to a pizza place, mexican restaurant, & a very cute ice cream truck. The bathroom is pretty small for someone who is over 6ft. That was my husbands only complaint. People on here complained about outdoor lighting- that is not an issue and I didnt feel unsafe ”

“Stayed at this condo for almost a week for National Bourbon Day. The condo itself is nice but the neighborhood I don't think is the greatest. There were some bugs but that is to be expected being June in Kentucky. The couch isn't very comfortable and there could be more utensils in the kitchen but would definitely stay there again.”

“This apartment is perfect. Great quiet location, very green surrounding. We enjoyed it, a lot. The only thing i would suggest is that there is not enough space for a woman to place her toiletries in the bathroom. The owner could maybe, put some shelves. We saw also that this apartment must be very warm in the summertime as the window get hit by the afternoon sun. Otherwise everything was perfect. ”
